We are currently assisting one of our strategic clients in hiring a Senior Business Analyst to join their Identity Modernization program.
Role: Senior Business Analyst
Duration: 12 months initial contract on daily rate with likely extension.
Assignment Start date: ASAP
Work Location: Sydney
Key Responsibilities:
Significant experience in Business Analysis across both Technology and Business projects, Banking and Insurance domain preferred. Experience in One Identity is mandatory.
Solid understanding of identity governance concepts, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear and actionable documentation.
Minimum 5 years experience working as a Business Analyst
Experience of working with application onboarding to the One Identity Manager
Serve as the critical link between business stakeholders, application owners, and technical delivery teams, ensuring enterprise applications are successfully integrated into the centralized identity governance framework.
Experience managing the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle — from initial discovery and requirements gathering to connector configuration, entitlement modelling, authorization design, and post go-live support.
Ability to facilitate requirements workshops and effectively engage with stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and document business and data requirements.
Plan and coordinate business analysis techniques required and assess progress of analysis activities.
Support Technology teams through project delivery in the clarification of requirements.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management activities in the rollout of the delivered solution(s).
